In order to ATTEND any IN DOOR OSAPA Membership EVENTS and MEETINGS the Association has implemented a PROOF OF VACINATION POLICY in accordance with the Province of Ontario Regulations (364/20) - APPLICABLE TO ALL IN-PERSON ATTENDEES:
Starting September 22, proof that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required to access non-essential businesses in Ontario. Until October 22, you can produce a copy of your vaccine receipt from the Ministry of Health. (Click here to access a copy of your receipt.) After October 22, the province’s QR code and verification app will come into effect and residents will need to request a vaccine certificate through a provincial portal. Our JANUARY GMM will be held on MONDAY JANUARY 10th, CALL-TO-ORDER @1900, PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE OMNICRON VARIENT OF COVID-19 THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD BY VIRTAUL MEANS ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON MEETING FOR JANUARY 2022. Virtual attendees please begin to login at 1845. FEBRUARY 2022 GMM:
Our FEBRUARY GMM will be held on MONDAY FEBRUARY 14th, CALL-TO-ORDER @1900, Virtual attendees please begin to login at 1845. This GMM will also be available via Telephone Conference. IN-PERSON Attendance will be announced closer to the meeting date and will be dependent on COVID - 19 Provincial Guidance.
All voting members of the Association, in good standing, are permitted to vote at a meeting of the members in accordance with the Ontario Corporations Act 1990. If a member cannot attend but still wishes to vote, the member may designate a proxy holder who will exercise the members vote. The proxy holder may vote in whatever way he or she thinks is best.
