Steam-Era is the Ontario Steam and Antique Preservers Association's Largest Annual Event. For the last 60 years Members of the Association have gathered together every Labour Day Weekend to present to the public, their privately owned collections of restored operating antique equipment. Including, Gas Engines, Steam Engines, Antique Tractors, Antique Cars and Trucks, and Antique Construction Equipment.
Live Demonstrations of Antique Saw Mills, Antique Threshing Machines and Plowing are some of the many things you can expect to see at STEAM-ERA. Demonstrations and competitions are held daily during the weekend, with each day ending with an equipment parade, starting around 4 PM.
At the show you will find various forms of Craft, Food, and Beverage Vendors along with other Vendors selling unique items, both present and old. You will also find entertainment, a Kids Zone, and our very own popular "Learn to Drive", where visitors can learn to drive Antique Tractors. Don't forget to take a ride with the Toronto Live Steamers either!
A Large interactive and operational Military Equipment exhibit, operated by the Ontario Military Vehicle Association, is also located on site, along with many other displays pertaining to our Agricultural and Industrial heritage.
